Voters register is not an issue. Those thought to have been registered "under-aged" years ago have now grown up to be of the voting age.. So, what is there to clean now?

Ghana has been planting sweet potatoes for decades mostly in the Akatsi area of the Volta region which is boiled and consume like yam largely without stew because of its sweetness and also fried which they call koliko,in Anlo if they are talking about koliko they are talking about fried sweet potato which they have both the white and the red with the red being the prefer one for most people.
It is being planted in large scale even today in those areas so to now be telling us somebody is coming to tell us or promote production of sweet potato in Ghana as if we don't produce sweet potato in Ghana is a big lie,Kofi Annan and those clueless officials should know that production of sweet potato is not new in Ghana,he should travel to the markets and the farms in the Volta region to see production and consumption of sweet potato.
Of course it is not produced in the north so if they say they want to encourage people there to start producing it that is fine but they should not tell us they want to promote production of sweet potato in Ghana as if we don't produce sweet potato in Ghana,we have been producing sweet potato in its natural form before I was born.

Annan's Switzerland native wife is from a country that has been a conduit for Africa's billions of dollars that find its way to their banks and made them so wealthy.
Watch the documentary " Why poverty: Stealing Africa" - and see how all the gold and diamond dealers all live in Switzerland and when one of the city councils where these wealthy people domiciled had a surplus from taxes and the topic floated to send this surplus money to Africa, these wealthy Swiss who never needed the money voted against it.
A money that was stole from Africa thru fraudulent transfer and tax evasions of all kinds.

In Eastern Region koliko is referred to fried cocoyam.

With that he proceeded to get a measuring tape and measure the grill and then went over to where his wife was working and measured his wife's bottom.

"Yes, I was right, your butt is two inches wider than the barbecue!!!!"

The wife chooses to ignore her husband. Later that night in bed, Kofi is feeling a little Horney. He makes some advances towards his wife who completely brushes him off.

"What's wrong?" he asks.
