If you take people to court for unspeakable crimes, find them guilty and kill or jail them for at least 30 years, NEVER to be released by some STUPID PRESIDENT for so-called "good behavior", the nonsense will stop and we'll all have a peaceful society we can be proud of.

Castration will be the best punishment for this wretch. All those countries out there who today dabble in democracy and lecture us about human rights were themselves barbaric in matters of punishment for crime. They are miles ahead of us. We don't have their wealth and we can't pretend to be as democratic as they are. We are a poor country and we need to deal with crime to suit our circumstances. It is unfair, to say the least, for a rabid man to rape and permanently damage an infant and because of human rights allow him to enjoy life with his manhood. Castrating rapists (mind you, this guy qualifies as a paedophile) especially of infants, will ensure that their numbers dwindle over time.
