He has failed beyond repetition of his class. The only way for this do nothing president is to be sacked at end of his first term.
He himself have realized that he has failed the nation. He was not ashamed that he was asking to be repeated in his class, meaning asking for another four years after this abysmal failure.
The secondary school I attended, at the end of the year, either you are promoted to next class, repeated or sacked from the school based on your academic performance. I think, John Mahama has failed completely. He has got 15% in all the subject. He can not be repeated in his class. He must be sacked. It is better for John Mahama to look for another avenue than to continue to poorize Ghanaians while his NDC officials continue their looting and stealing splee.

Why should public services workers be talking straight with the President. We have government departments who is supposed to be taking care of the department problems.
It's not the government who determines how much the public workers, we have a system and must be followed.
Until parliament know it is the duty of it to go in between government and the people. The government don't pay workers, it is the people who pay all the public workers and public workers should not expect to get money from the people without Working for it. Those doctors should be paying for using the people houses without Working for the people.
Doctors are not supposed to be in hospital as it is in Ghana. Every area with more than 1000 people should have a doctor living and working in that community.
Hospital is for specialist doctors only.
Pharmacist in Ghana is what most don't understand. The first call when you are not well should be the pharmacy not doctor if you want to get better.
Ghana needs good drugs and well trained physician.
Austerity is the word John Mahama don't want to use. Good ideas and bad unpretentious.

Prez. John Mahama talked about doctor-patient ratio and the fact that there is a huge disconnect between those figures to be described as totally unacceptable by all standards.
But here is a President and a gov't which consistently and persistently takes actions that is geared towards making that doctor-patient ratio even much, much, much worse and one begins to wonder if that is the brilliant idea of resolving such health challenges?
This is a President and a gov't which is at the moment in a tug-of-war with members of the GMA, over their conditions of service, a very basic document whose unavailability makes absolute mockery of labour practices as to be described as primitive and a relic of the stone- age.
Junior Doctors just last week had to picket at the CAGD to demand their salaries which had been in arrears for a year, after the Minister of Finance Seth Terkper said it took 18months for the salaries of Junior doctors to be regularized, even though all the necessary paperwork, finger-prints and whatever else was needed to ensure they were paid, had been captured.
Is that a gov't that knows, understands and is committed to resolving health challenges in the country of which doctor-patient ratio is just but one of such challenges?
How can a gov't totally clueless and highly incompetent and so lazy to the point of being incapable of getting something as mundane as a conditions of service document addressed and paying the salaries of 90 or so Junior doctors, begin to talk of doctor-patient ratio and resolving health challenges?
What is very clear is, the John Mahama NDC gov't has completely lost the governance plot and the collapsed state of the country is ample testimony of this basic fact.
Ghana needs another approach that addresses the issues in a competent and focused manner and it begins by massively firing this John Mahama NDC gov't at the ballot box in 2016. The failed governance and leadership of the Mahama NDC gov't must go. Ghana has had enough of such failed leadership,which is by far the worst since Ghana's independence and enough is enough.
Ghana deserves better and must have the best.
