This is how they start with sweet investments promises and dividends but end up becoming fraudulent venture leaving poor investors to their fate. So I what role is or will the BOG play to protect investors when this project takes off? Also I want to ask the BOG what it is doing to help investors whose monies are locked up in the US Tilapia investment saga with that Mr Medicine who lured unsuspecting Ghanaians to invest heavily in that Tilapia and other ventures that has turned out to be fraudulent? I pray this is not going to be another US Tilapia fraud venture.
