Many of these so called modern day politicians especially from the north are a disgrace to the great ones before, Tolon Naa, Alhaji Egala, Alhaji Mumuni Bawumia, EA Mahama, Dombo, Karbo, Kumbour and many many more principled northerners of blessed memory. Alhaji Jawula should shut up and keep going to flagstaff house for petrol money. Shame.

Aba. We are tired of this NPP hijacked, adopted, remote controlled doctor agitation. A noble cause by genuinely aggrieved doctors has now given them temporary relief from their internal wranggling and them with a platform for the NPP to lambast President Mahama. When Jawula was serving the NPP Govt, you did not know that he was a Gonja. Say this also to Boniface. Ungrateful people of the highest order. NPP sees the ghost of the SC decision everywhere, and seek at the slightest occasion to vent their spleen at anybody who dare say something good about the President. This can lead to super high blood pressure in some of their supporters with no doctors around to treat them either. What a party?

What a useless talk from a stupid man. He admitted the problem has been there since 2006, so it should remain like that. How sad it is to have stupid people like him in leadership positions. The doctors must maintain their position until the right thing is done. We sit down and watch nobodies and stupid people like this man to go into politics, and within a short time become stupidly rich, whiles people who are doing real work remain in the same position for the rest of their lives.

The world is not stagnant and people are becoming more politically matured. That makes the works of the politicians more difficult. It is not now easy to bribe local voters with matches and cutlasses. The gov't also has to sit its arse down and neagotiate with honesty than to allow people to die.

- I think that statement is precisely the problem, and one reason why the doctors keep pushing their strike. If the government doesn't have money now, they are going to use the same excuse 4 or 5 years later. And statements like that..."let's see what happens" is vague. It means nothing is ever going to happen. Time is a neutral tool. it can be used constructively or destructively. Just because you say "lets give it time" doesn't mean that anything will change. In many cases, the time is now.
