Default payment are high with such high interest rates on the bonds.

I have not seen such level of stupidity and naked incompetence as this government is exhibiting anywhere but in Ghana.
What sensible investor would prefer the risk of leaving their money in Govt Bonds for longer than 91 days without any financial benefits for doing so?
