Primitive stinking ideology of a dying man with stupid ambition to occupy the space called the “the presidency” shall all end in 2016. He thought it is as easy as peddling cocaine and making use of it in the secret places where he thinks no one will see him.

This man has no conscience or integrity he only fakes his way into everything but least knows what entails to be called a head of state. In broad day light in his party office; officials who were conducting democratic exercise were butchered in his name.

Just as has been his demeanour of keeping silent on all crimes levelled against him from being certificate less, Drug baron, Drug user, and womaniser, son of a traitor, drill ship thievery and his involvement in the release of drug baron from jail only Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo can tell; till now he has made no comment about this heinous act.

His public speeches are out of date and have no connection with current trends of social developments. He is more manual than mechanical. I wonder if he knows how to use computers or modern applications soft wares. Ghana needs to move forward we don’t need a retarded man who has no achievement in life than living on ill gotten booty bequeathed to him by his father. He thinks democracy means insulting and using foul language against your opponent and cause disaffection in society forgetting that there is something called conscience. It is God who makes people to discern and cause them also to make changes for the good of humankind. If Nana Addo has a clear conscience God will make his wish come through but Alas!!! It will be well for Sodom and Gomorrah than for him to force his will on the people. Is it so wrong to say that come back from your strike and save lives while we negotiate? Do we honestly think that is such s bad idea? Will we honestly think it was a bad idea if our loved one is in dying need of healthcare? C'mon guys, a little bit of humanity will help! yankson is living in his own world. In reality the strike has lost steam. Many doctors are finding ways and meand of seeing their patients. This time not in the consulting rooms but in the wards and other places.
They have to keep a semblance of a strike whilst in actual fact the strike ended last week.

Some of these adjustments were back-dated and deemed justifiable. It took less than one month to approve these huge adjustments. The exercise was an improvement in the service conditions of the categories of government workers affected. So, where is the difficulty, in the case of doctors in government employment, when they ask for a service condition. Meanwhile, the President and his ministers are showing insensitivity in their response to the doctor's demand. Where is the ' I care for you' slogan gone?

The insulting languages heaping on doctors on strike do not help anyone in the country.Every institution operating in the country has a collective aggreement which seeks to find solution to their financial emoluments after retirements, and what one may recieve after he had retired from the institution.Why then is the problem for Government failing to see eye to eye with the doctors to trash out their differences to bring amicable solution to this seemingly simple matter to avoid the unpredictable deaths which has so far taken 500 dear lives.Iam not sure any one of these authorities have lost somebody from the intransigence displayed so far by their inability to bring solution this problem.The earlier both paties begin to think about the humanitarian aspect of the situation the better it would be for the Nation.

Lets equate the doctors absence to war time situation.In times of war the same situation prevails where more casualties to less doctors, now this artificial condition should prepare the nation for anything emergency.Soon Ghanaians would be ok with our new condition.They have already killed many, their hands are already intentionally stained,leave them.If even they have being negotiating for the past 100 years that should not be the reason why they left people to die,we never know who dies, trying to use their skills as a tool is totally wrong, it can never be acceptable in any civilized country, they do not have right to kill intentionally.I sympathized with them but not this way ,never.

There are laws and rules to follow in industrial relations and you will hit the wall if you ignore them
You do not negotiate by first sending your proposals with accompanying threats to your employer.
The fact that Doctors are essential service workers does not necessarily mean their employers must accede to all their demands or threat them with kit-gloves. In fact as essential service workers, most labour codes frown upon them going on strike.
The Ghana medical association need to be careful and take measured steps as their leadership could be sued or even prosecuted for damages caused to families whose loved-ones might die as a result of the strike actions
