Even if the government provides funds for research the outcome will be nothing. Funds provided for research are end up in diverted into individual pockets.

His development plans were linked to research and the acquisition of the requisite skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Is not an indictment on our over-theoretically schooled elite that today with all the sunlight we are still wallowing in darkness? People chase titles after their names without any concrete benefits to the development of our nation.
