One cannot credibly explain for example how increases in the voter's register of magnitudes exceeding 40% can take place. Where did the people come from?” “...quite a large number of the constituencies with unusual increases in the voters register are those from neighboring countries. Take the Western region for example, where notwithstanding the oil find, Sekondi and Takoradi saw a 5% decrease in registered voters while Suaman and Nzema East saw increases in the voters register by 23% and 27.7% respectively,” he claimed.

Using facial biometric recognition technology, the NPP’s investigation team fished out 76,286 voters with the same names and faces on the Ghanaian and Togolese voters registers. This was made known by the party’s vice presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as he illustrated in a power point presentation.

What we demand is the closure of all loopholes in our electoral system to prevent any party, now or in the future, from engaging in electoral thievery. We believe that the elimination and systematic reduction of electoral thievery coordination blind spots will effectively save our country from potential threats that could destroy our peaceful coexistence and steady development in the near future.

We, therefore, reject the misleading arguments you and Mr. Nketia are making to bury the truth between another Azorka boys and Bolga Bull Boys scenario to prevent cleaning up the register for the benefit of all the political parties in Ghana. You are a disgrace for calling yourself an independent presidential candidate with this type of backward ideas because you should've been calling for a level ground to compete freely, fairly and democratically. By the way, are you also planning to steal votes in order to become president, when you already know that there exist more experienced and dangerous electoral thieves in the system?

my suggestion:
1. NPP should Organise public symposiums to
educate de populace on de need to change de
register in order to get de masses on their side.
2. De NPP should petition de UN, ECOWAS and
de AU abt our bloated register and de stance by
de government and de EC and
explain how it could affect our democracy.
3. If persuasion fails, force must be applied!
The NPP has to organise massive demonstrations
across de length n breadth of the country. It
should be simultaneous.
The demonstrations should be violent in nature!
It shouldn't be just a mere 'health walk'. They
have to block roads, burn tyres and de pictures
of the president to explain to the world that de
populace do not want dis government
anymore!!! If they don't exhibit seriousness in
de demonstrations, it could neva deter de EC
and de government to pay heed to the call of de
masses for de change of de register. They
should learn from how de NDC resisted de
ROPAL in 2008 and do same. They shouldn't be
dormant in opposition!! 'A hungry man is an
angry man'! They are in opposition so dey
should be angry for power!!!!
4. The last but not least, if all these fails, then
dey must boycott the elections and plan for
'plan B' cos dey would still loose if dey go into
de elections with dis register. I rest my case!!
