  Don't forget Ghana EXPECTED the OIL PRICE to be around $105 !! Now that the International Vultures have managed to drive the Price down, GHANA CANNOT EVEN MEET HALF OF WHAT WAS PLANNED WITH THE OIL MONEY !!!!!!
