This is what our youth spend their time and energy doing. When youth in developed countries compete over things like "who can develop the most efficient machine" or best art or best sculpture or music or poetry or idea for something useful or computer program, our youth are daring and jostling one another to find an oppourtunity to stone the other group and perhaps, if they are lucky, destroy an eye or two, That is our wisdom in Ghana / Africa that we install in our youth. How many lives has the Bawku conflict Cost? How much does the government spend Peace keeping at the North as compared to the South? Compare everything yourself.

Foolish so called Ghana police service......they try to copy anything from the army where by they are not close to them....is time govenment starts taking the police service to the army to train them on how to handle weapon!!

Generally the police all over the country need better informers from the various communities; need to beef up on information gathering. Try making friends within the communities, Get them to feel you are part of them. Get them to feel you are part of their community.
