We arrived in Ghana with the machinery, capital and the know how only to be met with red tape, a little bit of dumsor then, hostile business environment, massive corruption and government officials that never wanted anyone to succeed but take over our businesses, same like the Rawlingses era which was even more big time.
In the end we had to cut our losses and run away, back to giving our expertise and knowledge to enrich the the so called Western world where we are now domiciled.
How did you make it? I hear you also came from Germany to establish GNL.

The difficulties in the agronomic sector are well appreciated however we cannot continue to import raw materials to sustain and maximize productivity and profitability. Some of us have involved ourselves in your resolve to produce and procure raw materials locally and have had firsthand experience of the practical difficulties. Notwithstanding the difficulties; please continue to place equal attention to cultivation and we shall overcome most of the problems associated with our agronomic practices. Kudos
