I don't blame Balotelli's parents here as I know the story but I feel sad to hear the story of another footballer, Menphis Depay at Manchester United who was "neglected by a Ghanaian father at the age of four".

I am sure he yearns to know the real truth; because only one of the sources is saying the truth. How would he know which side is lying?

I really like the guy, and I think inwardly he's hurting. So Ghanaians should understand why he might have made certain decisions; example, opting to be an Italian instead of a Ghanaian. let's hope the truth is revealed someday.

They can come for their children any time their situation improves. The Bawuahs acted in good faith when they gave their son to this well to do family, unfortunately their plan backfired. There is no way the Bawuahs would have abandoned their son even if he did not have any talent. I have every reason to believe that the Balotellis did all they can to hold on to him because of the potential they saw in him from young age. I'm very happy for the biological parents, especially the mother who have gone through severe pain and suffering from the fear of losing his son. She has been desperate and acted like a wounded lion.I also have deep respect for his Italian parents who have invested in him and raised him to be who he is today.

In our case, the child actually WORK for the new paernts, while the provide him homw, food etc. Most IMPORTANT, there are no legal agreement between the partners involved.

In an adoption, the child becomes the child of another person ALTOGETHER. When the adopting parents die, the child inherits and takes all their property, if he is the only child, or share with his siblings if the adiopted child has any. If the parents lety any debt, the adopted child is equally liable.

Know that the Italian parents COULD not just allow Balotelli to stay with them. That is not allowed in Europe.
And that is why they had to adopt him - legally.
