    None of the mini buses, tro-tro etc are road worthy. Death traps. You pay money (bribe to DVLA middlemen) then you get a fake certificate, because DVLA do not do their work properly. What country!

    It is not the duty of NRSC to declare vehicles as roadworthy. That duty belongs to the DVLA.

    Nonsense. Purely an accident? Accidents happen when there are right conditions (inputs). Such inputs could be bad roads, worn out tyres, over speeding and drunkenness.

    I would surmise that a vast majority of the public transport vehicles plying the roads in Ghana are not roadworthy.
