How about all these countries being exploited like as it has always been done. Heard mentality

  Civil Society and Parliament are in support of this Hybrid so it is good. GIGS say no PSA is good. Let us not fool ourselves. Some MPs do not do any research on matters before speaking. They do not have research assistants, some were BBC (Born Before Computer) so they do not go near this important valuable tool for their work. The young ones are lazy they have no time to do any research. Where I sit as a Senior Citizen and computer literate PSA is the best method to make money from our oil find and then stop overtaxing the poor Ghanaians. Our politicians should listen to the people who know. This is a late comment but it is good> I will talk again.
