  Hei! Kofi Buah, minister for petroleum, roll up your sleeves and get involved in "hands-on" execution of your proposals to add value to Ghana's derisory share of our own natural resource or increase the shelf life of petroleum products.
  
  Foreigners like Tullow and Vodafone know Ghanaian leaders are lazy and full of shit, so they are exploiting Ghana to the max.
