How is your day going Nana? I do appreciate you taking the time to respond to my comment. I understand your concern- what about if it was my relative he was trying to kill? Suspects need to face the law. One of the ways that occurs is for a judge to follow all necessary and constitutionally accepted procedures. Emotions are not part of the process. So when a judge relies on emotional reasons rather than rational and due diligence then we end up having flaws such as the one we are both commenting on. In a civilized community, laws do mostly work and that is all some of us were asking for. We just do not want the legal system to be corrupted by emotional feelings or some alters or motive. That will undermine trust in the judiciary and serve as a catalyst for intimidation and lawlessness. I hope I was able to help you understand why some of us had issues with the judge.

The assassin who shot President Ronald Reagan has been in jail for year while receiving treatment due to the nature of the crime, its potential effect on the country, and the fact that he could not easily be cured of his mental illness. Charles Antwi's mother is an ndc member, John Mahama is an ndc failed president, I don't know of the judge who jailed him political affiliation but those BNI officers who took him to the court work under ndc. Now the lawyer who took the matter up for the release of Charles is an ndc lawyer, so my question from this drama is who cooked up this? and how was that plan going to help them? Ghanaians can't choose a leader by ndc's standard called sympathy votes so if they think ghanaians don't care about good governance and their future but sympathy votes then they kept vigil for that useless plan for nothing. Instead of ndc keeping awake to think about how to move the country forward they rather choose not to sleep but sit down all night to think of diabolical plans to rig elections and how to make the opposition who are ready to move the country forward look bad in the eyes of the public. NDC IS NOT GOOD FOR GHANA.

When as a govt you fail to deliver and exhibit incompetence on a scale to redefine incompetence with dead goatism at it's apogee, you don't go about staging such a stunt. Who in his right frame of mind will kill an already dead goat? I mean who kills a dead goat?
It is even funny and they must think everybody is gullible? Not surprising they will think that way, with the educational system failing and falling precipitously to make nonsense of even the existence of an education ministry.
