  in theory this sounds good. in reality banks are hampered by regulation, high inflation and unstable currency, inability to asses credit worthiness of borrowers. the good doctor knows that's not an ideal environment for risk ...

  in theory this sounds good. in reality banks are hampered by regulation, high inflation and unstable currency, inability to asses credit worthiness of borrowers. the good doctor knows that's not an ideal environment for risk taking; that's true for anywhere in the world.
