Ghana is peculiar in the sense that everybody is screwing each other. You are either screwing someone or being screwed. No understanding how how to live with mutual respect. Being humble is interpreted as weak, and before you know it your staff will start to take advantage of it. Being tough and arrogant is what they understand as a leader, which is quite different from the west, but it is what works in Ghana.
