  i think this does not need imprisonment. he has offended but there is a need to come to a consensus that he will take care of the girl's pregnancy. Sending him to jail will never solve the issue... sometimes judges Must tempe ...

Sending him to jail will never solve the issue... sometimes judges Must temper justice with mercy... Going to jail has paralyse the future of the guy as well as the girl and the unborn child... Laws are not strictly meant to punish...This should be settle at the human right court amicable...
