  while we all support patroitism, remember that Ghanaians will use the same attitude everywhere and crumble what he has toiled for. In plain words, if you put a Ghanaman at the top of your business, they will work hard to DESTROY it. Or they will adopt the nepoistic attitudes and favour their own tribe etc.
  
  That is why till date, nothing that a black man heads has succeeded - unless it is a one-man business.
