  The Municipal and District Assemblies and the traditional councils who are agents of development should be investigated for how they use royalties, ground rent and property rates paid to them by mining companies. Both Tarkwa Municipal and Wassa Fiase Traditional council who are the highest reciepients of minerals fund in the country are corrupt and useless and have not helped the communities under them.
