  When the utility providers learn the meaning of WASTAGE and its accompanying colossal demerits, and have EFFECTIVELY collected ALL DEBTS OWED, and seen how much these recovered debts have BOOSTED their capital, they might have a dead goats chance of requesting for tarriff adjustment. We will also need to see the GOOD improvements all our past upward adjustments in tariff had done before they come brain farting in our collective national faces. Enough is ENOUGH!!!
