  I know Yah will get you. judging by your english, I could predict about 70% of who youu are. You are between your late 30s to early 40s. Your education level is that of an Jhs to Shs. There is no way you live in UK, someone living in an English speaking country will know their grammar and tenses as they speak the language everyday, so it reflects in their writings, not what you write here. Doug is not your name and you don't live in the UK, as its a disguise. You have a couple or no friends, since people that are loners generally seek attention. You work a minial job or a labourer. You live in poverty because your low IQ don't qualify you to get a well paying job. I believe you live in Accra, Kumasi or Volta region. Either a voltarian or an Ashanti itself. You did not have a happy child hood, as people of that sort turns to be dysfunctional in society. I believe you are single as you are not man enough for a woman because of your low IQ. in the right time, God will get you. I know you don't fear the god they teach at your church, but the God of the bible will definitely punish you,

  Weak Controls.
  We don't put non permanent and for that matter non bonded staff into sensitive areas.
  The internal control department should have queried this job schedule.

  Look a this complainant calling himself financial crime controller.he should have known that a national service personnel should be assigned such a role in institution such as his.Ghanaians love assigning to themselves big titles but lack the ability to handle very common occurrences.we are poor cos we only go to school to learn foreign languages.
