  There must be something wrong here, if the girl is six years and poops on herself. From the her attitude towards chores described, and the defecation suggests a child with special needs. Mothers need help in education in the ways to take care and cater for children in these situations. Mother has been overwhelmed with the situation for a long time. Social Welfare should have come to the rescue long before this.

I have 4kids my third child got 5years before i new he has got a problem, he couldn't do anything for himself, in Europe when it happens like that u and the child got support for that child, it makes u love and accept the situation, sorry for this woman am not sure she is awere of anything like AUTISTIC,my child has been diagnosed he is 15years and i do everything for him,it's not easy and I am proud of him because he is calling my name this days. All i want to say is that parents should love and support their kids in any situation,don't expose a child and do not expect too much from him or her.PARENTS BE AWARE OF AUTISM SYNDROME.
