I wish former president Kuffour and his NPP were able to give this man the free hand he has gotten from the Mills and Mahama led NDC government now to investigate corruption in the country like its happening now, like by now corruption will have been only 5%. So Dr. Kwabena Agyei the then NDC chairman was right after all for saying that "the Judiciary is corrupt and must be cleaned by the Chief Justice" which the NPP thought it was abomination and made politics out of.

I just recall too that on the western border when cocoa smugglers were being busted, members, some, were arrested but order from Accra set them free. Govt surely had hand in all these operations.

Why did Mills lose all cases he brought against K4’s people? Have NpP people not always boasted that they have good lawyers? No NPP govt would have set up any commission or committee to investigate corruption.
See, the SC judge returned his official vehicle and tended in his resignation, K4 demanded four houses, 6 cars etc

If you don’t have the mind of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah you can never bring change to Ghanaians. The mind of Nkrumah speaks louder beyond our borders.

It is very simply developing the people to take charge in managing their own affairs. The black person has been an object of mockery in the world for a very long time. Those with great knowledge expertise were and are being exploited outside their country of origin through a by “brain drain” philosophy. All because we don’t we believe in ourselves.

Most black people are so corrupt and greedy to point of selling their conscience for bread to betray their own. Today in our own land, our own people serve as agents to foreign agents to thwart the growth and development of our people and nation. Many of our own go round the world misinforming our development partners from given us assistance or delay the processes that will enhance our development.

Such non entities vociferous traitors are in the country try very hard every morning to make their voices heard to prove to their partners that they are doing well. However if you analyse them carefully can you tell if they have manage to transform the people they live with in their community?

This is the reason most of us don't believe the judicial institution's resolve to help curb corruption because it is the first corrupt institution in Ghana.

Abuse of such large powers should also have a high penalty; 10 years jail minimum and if lives are destroyed by their corrupt actions life and death penalties.

We have to concede that this crime among our Judiciary has persisted for a very long time in Ghana and reaches way beyond just monetary bribery.

Other forms of 'quid pro quo' to alter the natural courses of cases are believed to be involved. Anas' expose' is just the tip of the iceberg, I strongly believe, and the culprits could be much larger than the 34 that Anas alone exposed.

How about those Judges who might, say, received Scholarships for their wards in various Educational programs for which the wards were less qualified? How about exchange of Land for favorable verdicts? How about similar verdicts for political favors down the road?

We must go back to the days of the Assets Confiscation, massive Tax evasion cases in the past, the murder of the Ya Naa and his family and the Tsikata case. Many of such manipulations of Justice are very subtle but not entirely beyond provability.

Whole Governments and the leaders in Ghana have been unduly influencing Justice at the expense of the weaker stakeholders in various cases. Many of us disapproved the swift, unexhausted judicial procedures with which Military Juntas dealt many cases, and wrongly victimized a lot of folks. But we have similar behaviors perpetrated against us by our Civilian Power brokers under ostensibly democratic regimes, too.

No judge would be found culpable if judgments they made is lawful and within the scope of the law. Let a thousand million dollars be paid to the Judges in the form of whatever, especially the high court judges, they shall be free of any crime if they did not bend the law against the state.
Anas should have targeted the Attorney general's department and see to it that they defend all cases of the state to the letter and the court clerks but not people who have been given the OPTION to say yes or no to cases brought before them. This time round Anas case is a complete exercise in futility.
