There is always a new beginning and NDC and John Mahama is fighting corruption to the bone. I sincerely believe that about 80% of the judges exposed are NPP judges. Which tells you how NPP is corrupt to the bone. Look at how they speedily throw out government cases against the NPP members as they jubilate and boast over having won cases against government. By the time NDC leaves power, Ghana will be a better place to be. Thumb up Mahama and CJ!

2. Introduction of national name and shame newspaper (published weekly):All corrupt public servants should be published and circulated.

3. Police fines should come with a code which could be traced electronically for verification.

4. National whistle blowing phone line should be set up with incentives after successful prosecution.

5. All public servants to declare their assets before taking up positions and to account after leaving the post.

However, those found guilty must be removed completely with no conditions. The magistrates and judges have been the sole people holding Ghana back. Someone may not agree with me but whenever there is a corruption case or any other issue there must be a verdict. Nonetheless, if people from such institutions are taking bribes and judging suncintly then we will continue to live in a mess. We are all in it together as we sink. This is the time to cleanse the rot in our judiciary system. The judges must bury their heads in shame now.

If we can all recollect in 2011, Mr Chris Arcmann-Ackummey reiterated in an interview with Joy News’ Dzifa Bampoe that corruption in the judiciary is real and no longer a perception on paper. Later on he was invited by the Chief Justice to give the name of the judge in the bribery allegation to enable the judiciary to penalize the culprits and which name he gave even though the judge in question at that time died, the judiciary did not take a step to investigate whether or not Mr. Ackumnmey's allegation was true and if it was whether or not there are other judges accepting bribe.

There are Lawyers who bribe judges willingly to rule in their favour and it affect many innocent lives negatively. The Ghana Bar Association should also endeavour to investigate its members and help the Chief Justice to purge the judicial system of bribe taking judges for us the ordinary citizens to know that we can rely on the justice system for our rights. God help us all

A woman got married to a man, the woman under 2 yrs of the marriage filed for divorce on the grounds of :
"that the man's home toilet is kvi type n the man's house is not ceild . She stated no case abuse or violence.
The Agona Swedru High Court Judge has disolve the marriage n asked the man to pay GHC 5.000.00 to compensate the woman.

Other woman upon hearing that blve it's a good business for them to emback on . Get a man marry u. Under 2 yrs file for divorce at Agona Swedru High Court accusing ur husband for not ceiling his house n the Judge is ever ready to award u with ghc 5.000.00.

Anas , pls go investigate what is influencing such judgement.
