Why are the NPP happy at all? Why should they be happy about this? Is this partisan? Everyone knows that judges in Ghana take bribe. The cases Atta Mills sent to court were all striker out by NPP bribed judges.

I think those implicated should be given the option to resign or face the law in court. A lengthy judicial process will just cost us more money. Loss of their benefits will be enough punishment.
