Tell me, where in the world do people worship a high school dropout who joined the army at a lower rank, took power using the gun, killed all the leaders at that time, claiming they were all corrupt only for him to become the head of the military, a position he was not qualified for, the president of the country, a position he was elected to and not qualified for. Rawlings harassed and killed a lot of Ghanaians claiming they were corrupt. Does Rawlings understand corruption? Rawlings, has corruption been eradicated in Ghana? Rawlings is the most corrupt Ghanaian living today. Rawlings father, a white Scottish, left Ghana before he was even born and didn't want to see him. Is that itself not a corrupt behavior in a family?

Rawlings must be arrested, tried and executed for the terror he inflicted on so many Ghanaians for almost 20 years.

President Obama said it better: Africa doesn't need strong men, Africa needs better institutions.

So, I'm damn curious to learn about the annual or monthly gross salaries of these High & Circuit court judges, as well as magistrates involved in this undercover expose.

This is very sad because all the foreigners and embassies in Ghana are now exposed to this scandal and how would they have fate in our judicial system, as well as how they would report this to their respective home countries—except equally corrupt African and other 3rd world countries, some of which are more corrupt than Ghana.

We all need to be concerned and have the mindset that there is no such thing as "small" corruption. Corruption is corruption, "small or big", and public officials who engage in corrupt practices must be thoroughly investigated first and dealt with accordingly.

It's quite disheartening for judicial officials who are particularly sworn to uphold the law turn around and violate the very law they are constitutionally obligated to enforce. Corruption among the judiciary particularly puts Ghana's democracy at risk.

That said, JJ cannot wean himself from such act of greed and those who know JJ now and then, will understand what I mean. How do Ghanaians measure success in life - is it excellence in work, contribution to society of is it measured by possessions? It is time that Adults in Ghana start leading in molding the minds of the youth by the examples they set in the their declared values and how they live their life. Given time with goodwill we may just be able to turn the fortunes of Ghana around. How is that those charged with upholding the rule of law can stoop so low. Shame on the indicted judges but it is clear that this is only a very small percentage of those involved. What role have so called lawyers played in these or even the police.
