  How can ordinary citizens judge the correctness of power companies' calculations and management decisions that lead to demands for what would actually be one of the highest tariffs in the whole world? Where are the hearings of true international experts that cannot be corrupted be the Ghana system?
  
  This whole exercise is only meant as an excuse for the outrageous tariff increases we will see coming by October.
