Some people have gone to prison and brought shame and disgrace to themselves and their families when in deed they are innocent! Some have lost out in suits just because the crooked judge took a bribe. And such corrupt judges are fighting hard for the video not to be shown?

No, we cannot prove beyond doubt, that the Vehicle Ajet collected was the price for Woyomes freedom, and Ajet would be a big fool to tell the truth, or even talk about it.

Mr. Obuor sees it as a legal right for Judges to make use of the weaknesses and legal loopholes to pass judgement against the very Nation that is offering them their daily bread.

That was why Nkrumah established the Institute of African Studies so that we could have formulated our own African Laws suitable to our roots and culture. These judges and lawyers are quoting laws whose history they are not even familiar with. They surely will settle for laws that allow homosexuality while banning polygamy even though the latter by African laws is acceptable.
What about the judges and officials who refused to take the bait of bribes? The weak shall always perish.

At one point in my ongoing litigation it took me 6 months just to get my hands on documents that my lawyer wanted from the courts. Who has the energy, patience, and time to deal with such nonsense. The documents I was looking for was in a clerks desk. Do you know what he told me when I finally discovered he had them? "You know, this is how I chop small small". I had spent so much time around the courts that I was livid but chose not to report him because there is no accountability in the system and did not want to waste anymore of my precious time. All people seeking justice in our courts lose one way or the other when you consider the cumulative time spent running in and out of court, the postponements, the "judge did not come today" nonsense and such. Personally, the judicial system is crap and should be scrapped.

2 : something that serves to induce or influence.

Now the Judges and the Lawyers are in position of trust, at least the Judges are supposed to be, that is why they are made Judges.

The purpose of bribe is to influence an official to skew the judgment for favors. Bribe is an inducement; you cannot accept it and then say I was entrapped, after failing to report the act of crime, inducing a Judge or a law officer for favors!

Corruption is the dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery. The Judges are Corrupt, as simple as that. They are dishonest and have no integrity.

I once visited a Lawyer’s office in Philadelphia; as I talked with the Lawyer, at a point, he placed his hands to his ears, covering his ears and telling me to stop what I was saying! He was telling me what I was suggesting could be illegal and as a law officer, he has the obligation to report illegalities. That is what I know about honest Law Officials.
