The over all cost of education is too high and beyond the poor. How can poor farmers afford to pay such high fees for thier wards in Training College or in Secondary School. The fees are prohibitive.

Why at all has the gov't always delay in releasing money for the running of the schools. This makes food suppliers go and insult the school authorities which is very embarrassing.
