Who says students writing their SSSCE have no rights or privacy to protect? When they caught copying is a crime or not? When the CID or the BNI is doing his job must inform me that they are investigating so I should grant them permission to do so? Waht are we talking about? An ordinary person like me know that once I am a suspect of crime my rights are virtually curtailed. The important thing is that I am suspected to have committed a crime true or false?
Why do judges think that every other person must say "Guilty with explanation" and yet they are not prepared to say so to Ghanaians. Even Jesus Christ was tempted by Satan, when Jesus was taken to the top of a pinnacle and showerd the whole world and asked him to woship he Satan and the whold be for He Jesus. Jesus in His wisdom given to Him by his Father, rebuked Satan but he did not demand the basis or legality or illegality of satan's quest. Are judges above all mortal beings. The must stop thes pueril tricks and subject themselves to the law as all mortals do and stop denting their image further.
