The author, "Say Allah is one" has no understanding, and being prepossessed as Muslims are, nothing can be done to bring him to understanding. Islam is a primitive religion. It takes the world back to the era of Moses and to the that of Muhammad and keeps it stuck there. Christianity makes a difference between Christ and Moses where Moses represents the Old Testament and Christ, the New Testament. Leviticus 20:23 is a command given by Moses in the Old Testament. The Lord Jesus Himself nullified it explaining that Moses made those kinds of rules because men's hearts were so wicked and calloused. Moses probably found such sins overwhelming and found no way out for the perpetrators except through killing. He was hopefully trying to create a deterrence. But Christ forebade killing because He knew that the way out was through Him. So while Moses said an eye for an eye, Christ said don't kill at all, turn the other cheek - Mt 5:38-42. Forgive your friend seventyfold.
That also is the difference between Christianity and Islam today. Don't kill the homosexuals. Vengeance is God's. In Sodom and Gomorrah, there was no human hand destroying the homosexuals. It was God Himself, directly. The Christian God is living and active - Hebrews 4:12. Christians know that their Christ veritably rose to heaven and from there has been doing wonderful things, including the calling of Paul (from the sky) - Act 9:1-19. Muslims physically desperately wield the sword to defend Muhammad and his cause, hence the Islamic turmoil in the world which they still want to call peace!
