They are arguing that they were not warned and if that is the case, are the judges have CCTV in their homes/houses and for what purpose?

Their conscience is bothering them because they did not think of this ever happening to them. Anas should to the parliament house next time.

The rot in the judiciary has been going for eons of years but as there is no way to catch them in the act, they always have an excuse of "public perception" till now so, we the general public should demand full investigation with severe punishment.

Whether Justice Essel accepted money or not, we want the video to be aired for us to judge them.

You did not note this event down as reference for bribing a public official; you failed!
You did not report the court clerk who attempted to offer the bribe; you failed.
You did take the money as evidence to report the people to the police; you failed.
You did not scream nor showed a dislike for the actions of the people, and you didn't tell your wife after the court proceedings of the conduct of your court clerk; you failed and deserve a place at Nsawam. You failed kportorrrrr!!

This is an obvious cock and bull story and even an infant can see the effort by his Counsel to concoct a story geared at covering the disgraced Judge.Justice Mensah's handling of cases at the Human Rights Court leaves much to be desired.An obvious one is the case in which a doctor was victimized by the Ghana Health Service with a sack in which he was dubiously implicated with a mental illness.The hierarchy of GHS persecuted the doctor in connivance with then Health Minister Alban Bagbin to cover stinging corruption at Effia Nkwanta Hospital needlessly killing patients in which the doctor was so vocal about.The Attorney General joined in the case on behalf of GHS as defendants only come to Court to routinely adjourn the case as they wish despite not entering defense.One would have expected that the Judge urgently enforce the reinstatement of the doctor without delay in matter bothering on vile victimization and gross abuse of the victim's right in a public institution.The doctor illegally and criminally dismissed since December 2012 with his reputation badly damaged is still unemployed without salary with a very good case deliberately pushed to rot with time to cover powers that be and deny him justice in the process.It is obvious judges connive with lawyers and other court workers to rape victims of injustice, justice.The law has become the reserve of the powerful and rich who use money to influence judgement.One of the tactics employed is to suppress the case over years through delay tactics by prolonged adjournments and technicalities until it dies naturally as often the victim is frustrated and compel to give up.
