When the NPP and Nana Akufo Addo started to talk about free SHS, the inept John Mahama NDC gov't with no intelligence to grasp visionary approaches to development, said it was not possible, there was no way it was going to be possible, until John Mahama had a Damascus moment and the scales fell from his eyes and his NDC gov't and party about the free SHS policy, a policy championed by the NPP and Akufo Addo since 2008.

With the spectacular incompetence, unintelligence and gross ineptitude of the John Mahama NDC gov't, it is the hope of Ghanaians the John Mahama NDC gov't have the mental capacity and the competence to implement the free SHS policy, because there are precedents about visionary policies and projects initiated and drawn up by the NPP party and as a result of the dangerous levels of unfathomable unintelligence and ineptitude, they have all collapsed in this country, examples being the Single Spine Salary structure which was soooo ineptly and incompetently implemented by the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't, it has become an albatross around the neck of this country.
Another is the NHIS, which has collapsed in this country from the sheer and gross incompetence and once again, unprecedented ineptitude which saw the exiting of Sly Mensah the former Boss of the NHIS.
Another is the SADA project drawn from the NPP development program for the Northern part of the country, which became and still is a gargantuan thievery vehicle of the Mahama NDC gov't and a magnificent fiasco so mind-boggling the World Bank Representative had cause to speak to it, just a few days ago.

These are just but three examples and Ghana should be very, very afraid with a Mahama NDC gov't with a track record of lacking the competence, the intelligence, the vision and the aptitude to think through policies and programs, lacking the ability to implement policies and programs that inures to the benefit of Ghanaians.

Also as stated by the John Mahama NDC gov't in rubbishing the free SHS policy by the NPP gov't, that they needed to construct 200 SHS's by 2016, before implementation of any free SHS policy because children were schooling under trees and there weren't enough infrastructure to cope with the increased intake from the implementation of the free SHS program the NPP and Nana Akufo Addo intended to initiate when they won power, they being the Mahama NDC gov't were going to start with 50SHS's to be completed by 2013, and 50 subsequently every year till 2016 making a total of 200 SHS's, Ghanaians want to believe the 50SHS's promised in 2013 are ready, the other 50 for 2014 are also ready, with another 50 ready by the end of December 2015 to accommodate the increased numbers from the rollout of the Mahama type of free SHS.
