IS THIS A COMPARISON OF GHANA TO THE EMERGING ECONOMIES OR WESTERN ECONOMIES.

GHANAIANS SHOULD LEARN TO BE WHO THEY ARE AND STOP COMPARING HOPELESS GHANA TO THESE ECONOMIES BECAUSE THEY ARE FAR, FAR AHEAD OF GHANA'S HOPELESS ECONOMY.

ISSER should not just put out blanket albeit macro statements. They should go into the nitty gritty so we know what is driving the growth rate south.
