From Lome/Aflao, through Keta, Tema, Osu, Labadi, Chorkor, Winneba, Cape Coast, Takoradi to Elubo, Ghanaians have learned to use their beaches as free toilets because useless government after government has never found it important to provide toilets, even on our highways.
