Also if the judges are criminals he is more criminal than they are,he got criminals release and turned around to accuse his accomplices as corrupt people,he should be charged too,there is nowhere in the world that you will get criminals release and claim it was investigative work.

Investigative journalism usually involves subterfuge in one way or another. Concealing his identity is perfectly acceptable to expose the truth. In the UK, journalist have posed as Arab sheiks, to offer inducements to politicians & this method has trapped members of both houses. I have to disagree with you - Anas's work is good journalistic practise. Otherwise, how can you expose such rot in our society?

I don't know which story you are referring to but I can tell that your UK journalist made the authorities to get the people in the act,he did not wait over two years after getting the criminals out of prison to come out to say somebody is corrupt,correct me if I'm wrong and if you say I'm wrong tell us something little about the story and we will do the rest to find out the truth.

Whoever gets criminals out of prison no matter what reason behind that is a criminal too and I stand by my comment that this guy is a criminal too and he must be treated as such.

Give me one example where investigative journalist in your UK got criminals including murderers release in the name of investigation.

In the US, the FBI uses Anas' methods every time, especially when they get hints about those trying to join the rangs of ISIS. The FBI lure the prospective terrorists by pretending to be ISIS member themselves, exchange messages with them and pushing them to commit errors that give them away.

Anas is an investigative journalist and can therefore do what he did. Journalism is in fact investigation.

Even incarcerated prisoners are routinely used to get information from other prisoners. What the hell is that ignorant fool talking about? I doubt if he stays in the US. If he does, he should make the effort to find out what the term 'decoy' means and how decoys are used to get to criminals.

Let me tell you that in Ghana when you block one way for corrupt people another way is opened which means corruption can never stop in that country and I can tell you that even right now,today, judges are still taking bribe.
The only way judges will no longer take bribe is taking it through their clerks bringing some so called relatives they don't know,this Anas guy cannot go to a lawyer or a prosecutor to give them money to give to a judge claiming to be a relative of the accused,that is not gonna happen again but a lawyer or a prosecutor can take money from known relatives and give to judges which nobody will know.

Ask yourself if those people in Ghana driving those expensive cars acquire them genuinely and ask where they get money to buy them and those mansions they live in,how they get money to travel abroad with some travelling on a First Class,at least majority of them get their money through dubious means.
Ask yourself if cortuption has stopped in the customs division after he exposed those customs officials which he lost the case in court.
Corruption will never,never,never,never stop in Ghana,if you close one hole another one is opened unless we change our way of life,even those of you making the noise here are equally corrupt if not more just that some of us either ignorantly don't know what we do is corruption or we are pretending to be angels.
Some of these people here claiming they are angels living in US,UK,Europe or elsewhere pretending to be angels are more corrupt than those living in Ghana,some of them send money to their relatives to get what they want in Ghana some of which they supposed to be presence but will pay their way to get them,including divorce certificates birth certificates and many others and yet they come here to make noise,I know them than I know myself,they should come here to deny.

Another Rawlings coming will also not solve the corruption problem,it may minimize it but will still happen during the period in different ways,even during the revolution although difficult to do so for fear of being killed or go to prison some still took bribe one of who is now the Security Chief of Akuffo Addo,Captain Okai Koi who together with Captain Koda were one of the talk about names those days but took 5 pesewas bribe from a taxi driver and were arrested but escaped and left the country,that is why he cannot join NDC because he hates Rawlings,that is the reason he will rather be in the opposing side.
In a country where before you get any service you have to pay money including withdrawing your own money at the bank,if you don't pay money they take you through hell before you get what you want,even hospital,you guys give me a break.

At the station, the three lawyers each buy tickets and watch as the three

"How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?" asks a lawyer.

"Watch and you'll see," answers an engineer.

They all board the train. The lawyers take their respective seats but all
three engineers cram into a restroom and close the door behind them.
SHORTLY after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting
tickets. He knocks on the restroom door and says, "Ticket, please." The
door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand.
The conductor takes it and moves on.

The lawyers see this and AGREE that it is quite a clever idea so, after the
conference, they decide to copy the engineers on the return trip and save
some money (recognizing the engineers' superior intellect).

When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip.
To their astonishment, the engineers don't buy a ticket at all.

"How are you going to travel without a ticket?" says one perplexed lawyer.

So, let Lawyer Faibille not make any lousy excuses to keep the truth from being fully revealed. He only fears how the Public might strongly react to protest any relaxation of the noose around his clients' neck that he intends to seek with some legal trickery.

The Lawyer knows that when the videos are released, the Public would be fully appraised of the evidence and that might compel the Court to simply decide the case strictly according to the evidence on the Video, leaving little room for leniency for the clients.

He may be worried about the image of the Judges but that has already been tarnished. He should only go in to plead for leniency, not innocence, for his clients.

Faibille is one of those "officers of the court" who has enabled the very corrupt, criminal minded, publicity seeking and award chasing journalist and his equally corrupt mentor Kweku Baako. But I agree with Faibille, if there are children in the video they must be protected. Anas has a depraved mind. Psychologists would want to know about his childhood. And if Ghana were the model democracy it claims to be, Anas would be put away for a very long time. But I think that day will come. Anas and Kweku Baako's days are NUMBERED.
