China and India did the Smartest thing by education the youth. Now that is what America and Europe want. They need the IT Techie youth. Now all south American countries are giving good education to their youth to be employable in the USA. They then return to their mother countries for a lot of investments. Call it reverser Brain-drain.

Thank you Bishop for the warning to Ghanaian citizens about this free education which Mahama has, with haste, rolled it up. There is nothing wrong with having a free education, but how you handle it is the problem. Mahama thinks he can shut Nana down by hurriedly implementing this concept. It is a disgrace to hear that even some secondary schools in Ghana do not have toilets and the students have to use the bush for natures calls. It is therefore sad that in one of the schools some criminals took advantage of it and raped some of the girls in these schools when they attempted to use the bush for their natures calls. Some schools do not have even ordinary chalks to write, exercise books, registers, not talking about books, yet Mahama instead of using what the nation have to improve upon the existing schools, they are using it to build schools because of political expediency. Ghanaians, take the warning of this Bishop seriously because he knows what he is talking about. Mahama is short sighted and a big time failure and he should be given the kick in 2016. Time will tell.

Even you can't pay your workers and provide nescessary equipment to your institutions how then can you provide free shs policy? I agree with the bishop.
