Ghana Police did what is right for the country. Unnecessary demonstrations is dwindling the countrie's Police resources and the fact the organisers of such events cannot control the crowd. It is about time the Police bill organisers of such events the cost of policing as is being done in some countries. Police should weigh the cost of providing security and make the organisers pay for the full cost of policing. This is one of the best ways we can manage our state security resource.

We should not forget that NDC's apparatchiks like Asiedu-Nketia, Koku Anyidoho and Amaliba have all commended the brutal assault by the Police which has caused one of the protestors his eye? The NDC have given thums-up to this disgraceful and horrible act. They're so happy it happened that way. There's more public outcry and demands for the IGP to be sacked while the culprits also put before the courts. This is a dark day in Ghana's democracy. It's time stand up strongly against these senseless acts.
