How could you hold a 28th Congress when you are less than 3 years old as an organization? Who are you trying to impress or deceive by making this false claim? What for? You cannot build the foundations of your organization on a lie. This lie makes you look weak and unsure of yourselves. There is nothing to be gained by padding your organization's resume, and their is no shame in starting late. I suggest you reissue your communique and retract the 28th annual congress lie.
