I think this case is going to be thrown out by any judge unless the charges against them are changed. Charges like "public exposure", I don't know, I am a little confused myself!

Did anybody take samples of semen? Obviously the answer is no. It is however, very easy to establish a case for indecent exposure against them because they must have been caught naked or almost naked.
