An institution listing on the stock exchange has nothing to do with parliament. It is the job of the the GSE and the Securities Exchange Commission to scrutinize the books and favour such listing or not. In this case, it is clear the minority MPs in parliament led by Markin were out to obstruct and extort perid. I think Markin and his gang of thieves must first cause the GCB to delist from GSE for the reasons they profer today. That Markin is going to fight tooth and nail for the suit he filed at the SC is just a facade to show that the allegations aren't true is just face serving.

He has no other way to protect his reputation.

We have a corrupt judiciary and who knows friends of some of the judges in the NPP have not as yet contacted them for their share of the booty.
