You are the type of characters who are encouraging akuffo addo and his likes to plunge Ghana into civil war. If you know what happened to war torn countries you would think twice before posting such silly comments on the net. I believe you are one of those trouble shooters who disobeyed an order of the court and engaged the police in a shameful manner last week Wednesday. The police is mandated to enforce court orders and if you fail to cooperate they have the constitutional right to apply minimum force on you. When you embark on such silly demonstrations do you see the children of akuffo addo amongst you? It's only fools who will want to sacrifise their God given lives for crooks in political dresses who after winning political power forget about the masses and only think of themselves families and cronies!

Lets respect and protect the rule of law and order. The military coup which overthrow Blaiz Campore was against the rule of law and order. Campore did not take up arms for the second time to overthrow himself so that he will over stay his visit. But a citizen does not overstay his visit if he or she is still alive. It is only a dead body that overstay its laying in state.
Thus the attempt by Campore for a third term should have been allowed to go its full circle and allow the people to vote on the issue. "The International Community" has assisted the people of Burkina Faso to reject the resolving of issues through universal adult suffrage. The Islamic state government in Egypt came down the way it climbed up and the military in Burkina Faso will also do the same.

There was no way the people would have voted against the third term,Campaore would have manipulated the people to remain in power today if he had not been forced out,African leaders need to stop staying in power for more than two terms,staying in power is the reason why Burkina Fasso is in this mess.

The only undemocratic move by the interim government was disqualification of members of Campaore's party from participating in the election,it is only voters who should disqualify them by voting against them if they don't want them again,that disqualification alone was also not difference from a coup,it was not backed by the constitution,somebody should have advised them to rescind that decision.

Whoever is urging the soldiers to fight the presidential guards is going to create more problems,no need for that when the civilians are talking to solve the problem which is almost solved,Africans should start thinking like normal people and stop using guns to solve problems,if they are not careful this action can lead to a civil war.

I think the answer is no, for any country to develop the need to be some element of continuity, however, that kind of leader must be very honest, sincere, selfless, and patriotic, I think that is what we lag and need as Africans and not just Democratic governance, democracy is good but it does not bring development without honestly n sincerity. China is developing very fast today not because of democracy but because of continuity, and honest leadership, Britain is developed due to continuity of the Queen's office and honesty in the citizens, the US has it element of continuity in the Electrical collage which is in charge of policy formulation and even appointment of the President. When Blais Campori was overthrown we thought democracy was going to be restored in Burkina but the army have tasted power there and look at the present situation there.
