  This is happening every where in the govt run boarding schools. students are under served at dining halls. Northern region is even serious. there gov't wholly fund their feeding the whole year and for two consecutive terms now these feeding grants and other financial responsibilities have not been released. Yet we're starting a so-called progressively free education. May God deliver Ghana from these scumbags.
