The actions of bribery within our judiciary has tarnished our country's image so badly. I checked on BBC and it was there. The whole world is watching. Can any of these judges caught on tape taking bribes sit on any case until they are acquitted? Who will respect their verdicts?
I wish they do not face their peers but a jury of "angry Ghanaians" who should also determine their punishments. Let all Ghanaians put politics aside because what has happened is a dent on Ghana's image.

Everyone is fed up with these criminals and equally angry at the sheer rot which is glaring in the video for all to see. The fact that a lawyer files papers in a court to obtain a certain relief does not automatically grant that relief. Citizens of Ghana seem to have this authoritarian streak which is very disturbing. And this is even more sobering when a member of the bar makes such asinine remarks. Their Lordships made a decision to accept bribes. They were as dishonourable as one can imagine. One can also imagine that such bribe taking has gone on before. Courtroom legal technicalities don't work in the court of public opinion. The Lordships who are pursuing this series of technical acrobatics are making themselves that much more contemptible.

He boldly admitted on TV when he attempted to batter Samson and derail his program he was once a mad man using administering pre-judicial sentences to his victims he perceived to be wrong in his eyes. He did so without appologising to those he wronged that way claiming youthful exuberance. Now that he is a lawyer and more matured and defending "judicial injustice", i hope as an exuberant youthi can also pick up a gun and finish him as he did to my father and possibly appologize to his kids when i am also matured? He is stupid and may God curse him. These were insane idiots and murderous criminals Papa J defended. What does justice mean to you.
