  Do you even realise that claiming that there are 750,000 teenage pregnancies in one year alone, boils down to more than 2000 FRESH TEENAGE PREGNANCIES EVERY SINGLE DAY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?
  
  TWO THOUSAND FRESH TEENAGE PREGNANCIES EVERY SINGLE DAY IN A SMALL COUNTRY LIKE GHANA?
  
  Where are the stats? Where are the facts? Where is the evidence? Even Nigeria, with a population of around 180 million, does not make that spurious claim!
  
  In a country where data collection is almost non-existent, Ghana Govt. policies are not based on empirical scientific evidence, but on any random magic inflated number, so that they can go for a big loan somewhere to loot.
  
  Alas, Africa's problem is the proliferation of dense, inept, and mentally lazy charlatans into politics and governance.
  
  While the developed countries will only vote in, or appoint brilliant minds to govern them, we suffer these visionless, inept and unpatriotic imbeciles to mismanage, loot and drag us backwards.

This all boiled down to NDC incompetent government policies collapsing business, and making it harder for poor parents to put food on the table. How can a parents and teachers monitor his or her children when the economy is hitting them so hard? This problem doesn't take Einstein to figure this out.   Sex education from home. Most parents find talking about sex education such a Taboo in Ghanaian society. How can a father or mother sit their kids down to talk about sex. Even when reading the bible with kids you come across verses and chapters that talks about sex and parent jump to something like Jonah in fish belly or lions den. Sex education is not part of the teachers job to do especially in situations where they don't even have chalk to teach the kids. There should be awareness topics and forums to enlighten the youth of today obsessed with material things and hence just use sex as a way of exchange . Parents who fall short should be made to pay fines for lack of moral upbringing.
