The elephants in the room are these questions: The lands involved were originally, family farm lands and settlements. So how did these lands become stool lands and what were the terms of the transfer? Did Alrotech and Co. fulfil their part of the agreement? If these questions are not investigated before stupid Court judgments are delivered, the situation will become worse and it is only a matter of time before there is an explosion of violence on those lands. Listen to the families who originally owned the lands, please.

Some of you are so gullible the moment NPP or NDC is injected into a story, people start taking sides immediately without knowing the facts.
I am one of the victims out of the many who although have all the documents associated with the land sale cannot develop it after fifteen bloody years. I purchased three plots as far back as the year 2000 from alrotech company, did due diligence by going to lands to investigate and given the "all clear". I had the three plots indentured and registered. Due to litigation and land guards behaving like wild beasts, those of us who bought our lands at said location in new botianor genuinely with valid documents could not develop our land.Those who bought the land later from the so called royal rubbish not a single one could have their land registered with Lands.

They were even able to sell future demarcated roads sold to prospective buyers. Those buyers who attempted to have their land regularized with lands were told they could not do so cause,it is already registered to owners who had earlier done so. The greedy and selfish ones went ahead to develop the properties without titles.

I have copies of both judgements and I have no sympathies for anyone whose properties are being threatened with demolition. I have waited patiently for fifteen years and all I need is my land which I legally bought and diligently regularized with lands. When one use a counterfeit currency to buy illegal drug,none of the two has a legal backing for their illegal act.
