CJ - You have sufficient hard evidence to indict these persons. Confiscate their passports and restrict travel outside Ghana.They should be remanded in custody for their own safety.

Whe need a complete overhaul with official penalties in place, knowing that corruption is there you can;t appoint new judges and tell them they are the law and are untouchable.
because their jobs are so high and important we need official very high jail sentences when you abuse the system !

If the CJ's cases are properly handled, followed by the in-coming Police and Immigration Service scandals, Ghana will see a good change for I believe the Judges would not like to compromise in the incoming cases.

Under no circumstances should a judge accept bribe, let me remind him if he's forgotten. What Anas did was only to be sure if Justice John Anet Nasem was a true high court judge, but proved futile. Justice Anet John should stop this baseless excuse.
